Baan Paa Talee Estate’s full-time Villa Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa, including staffing and guest satisfaction.
From helping with your arrival arrangements to booking tours and restaurants during your stay, or organising watersports activities at the villa, nothing is too much trouble for your guest relations manager, who is always contactable by phone when not on site.
The villa’s highly experienced chef and kitchen team prepare exceptional Thai food (with some western options) from a selection of set menus, and are happy to accommodate guests’ special requests and dietary requirements.
Friendly villa attendants provide meal and beverage service and are responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the villa. They are mindful of guest privacy and clean rooms with discretion according to guests’ schedules.
The villa and grounds are kept safe and secure 24-hours a day by a professional security team.
